Working out with friends? Here's how you make it fun AND effective!

Hitting the gym with your friends but not getting enough work in? Here are some ways to make sure you’re still getting the most out of your workouts even when you’re with friends! Set it Up - meaning choose 2-5 exercises in advance. Set up your area including your weights so you can move seamlessly between the moves and no time is wasted looking for equipment  Choose Wisely - What I mean by this is when selecting your exercises, select exercises that take the same amount of time.
